COCKTAIL PACKAGES

We have many bar packages for you to chose from to suit any event & budget. Every bar package shown below provides you with an open bar serving an unlimited amount of your choice of beverages within the time specified. As well as the right amount of bar staff to ensure a smooth and seamless service.

Please note: The prices shown in our packages are exclusive of 21% IVA. The 'starting from' price (excluding Mixology Class) is based on a party of 50 people. The prices per hour decrease or increase based upon how many people are attending your event.

"YOUR WAY" BARS

These bar packages give you the freedom and control to decide whatever cocktails you would like me to serve. From classics with a twist to bespoke beverages designed just for you, or even cocktails you'd like me to recreate! Each package is complimented with a cocktail menu personalised & designed just for you.

"Your Way" Bars also come with free-flowing beer & soft drinks.

CLASSICS

This package includes up to 4 classic cocktails, of your choice. Chose from our list (we will send you in the brochure) or let us know what classic cocktails you'd like.

Doesn't include any 'twists' or special infusions and garnishes to the classic cocktails.

As always, each cocktail is made and prepared with care and attention using our homemade fresh fruit purees & syrups.

STARTING FROM:

€27 per person for the first 3 hours
€6 per person, per hour for every extra hour

THE BESPOKE

A true PBI bar package. If you want to add a real special touch to your event then this is the one to go for.

It includes up to 4 cocktails of your absolute choice. Simply let us know what you like and we can help to design a completely bespoke cocktail menu for your event.

This package is using Standard Spirits only (more info in our brochures). It also includes special personalised garnishes.

STARTING FROM:

€35 per person for the first 3 hours
€8 per person, per hour for every extra hour

THE BESPOKE - PREMIUM

For those who like the finer things in life, the cocktail connoisseurs! This is like 'The Bespoke' package where everything is customised just for you but with a premium touch.

Includes 4 cocktails of your absolute choice using:

Premium Spirits & mixers (please see list in brochures)
Premium ingredients e.g. fresh cold pressed juices in the cocktails
Premium glassware
Personalised, special garnishes
Clear ice

STARTING FROM:

€50 per person for the first 3 hours
€10 per person, per hour for every extra hour

"THE POP UP" BARS

This is not a complete 'bespoke service' package. Ideal if your on a budget, these simple yet effective bar packages serve between1-3 classic cocktails using only 1-2 specific spirits. We also add appropriate bar side decorations, props & garnishes to compliment it and a simplified cocktail menu.

MOJITO, CAIPIRINHA BAR

Mojito's & Caipirinhas are such a popular choice of cocktail year after year. Perfect for those hot days, poolside.

This package includes the following cocktails:

Your choice of Mojitos and/or Caipirinhas
Your choice to combine 2 fresh fruit flavours with the classic cocktail (we make and prepare fresh fruit purees).

€6 per person, per hour for every extra hour

GIN BAR

One for the Gin lovers! This bar comes fully prepped with the perfect pairing of garnishes and tonic. As well as Gin balloon glasses.

This package includes the following drinks:

x3 different types of Gin of your choice e.g. dry, botanical, pink etc.
Variety of flavoured tonics.
x2 Gin signature cocktails.

Option to go with premium spirits.

TEQUILA, MEZCAL BAR

Add a Mexican touch to your event with this bar. Decorated with fun props and accessories for you to enjoy!

This package includes the following cocktails (all of them can be with Tequila or Mezcal):

Margarita
Spicy Margarita
Tommy's Margarita
Paloma
Mexican Mule

Option to go with premium spirits.

STARTING FROM:

Tequila: €21 per person for the first 3 hours
Mezcal: €36 per person for the first 3 hours

"OCCASION" BARS

These bars are set up specifically for occasions. From a fun Hen Party/Bachelorette party to your big Wedding day. We will add in lots of special touches to make them unforgettable celebrations. Don't worry if you don't see your special occasion here, we can help you to celebrate any celebration and would suggest the "Your Way" bar packages instead.

MIXOLOGY CLASS PACKAGE

This package is perfectly designed for a Hen Party celebration with a fun & interactive Mixology Class and games thrown in!

Also great for any celebration to gain new skills and share some laughter with your friends.

Includes:

Bubbles on arrival
1 hour Mixology Class
Learn how to make; Porn Star Martinis, Mojitos & a custom one (surprise!)
Free flowing cocktails for 3 hours (shown above).

PRICE OF PACKAGE:

€50 per person for the first 3 hours
€10 per person, per hour for every extra hour

This package is only for groups of 8 - 20 people. The price remains the same no matter the size of party.

WEDDING BAR PACKAGE

We have a few wedding packages depending on what you require. Whether you require the bar from start to finish or just dance floor cocktails.

We will determine this during the consultation but to give you an idea this is what our full Wedding Package includes:

Welcome Cocktail
Up to 4 bespoke cocktails served & distributed throughout the day
Digestif Cocktail
Free flowing Wine & Beer
Wine dining service
Special garnishes and personalised touches

STARTING FROM:

€60 per person for 6 hours of service
€7 per person, per hour for every extra hour

The Full Wedding Bar Package as seen above is recommended for groups of 30+ people. Please note we do have other options for more intimate weddings.

HANGOVER PACKAGE

Because 'Life is all about balance' is our motto. Detox to retox & repeat - especially in Ibiza!

This Hangover bar package is perfect for a post wedding party, or the times when your feeling a little delicate but want to slowly but surely continue the party!

Includes the perfect hangover kit:

Freshly made Welcome Cold Pressed Juice of your choice served in a Dispenser (chose from our menu, variety of 2).
Refreshing & reenergising cocktails (3 of your choice) e.g. Bloody Mary, Micheladas, Mojitos, Sangria.
'Hangover Kits' - charged separately
